Return Policy

In the event of shipping or product errors caused by us on an order received, kindly contact our office within 24 hours of receiving the order. Arrangements will be made for products to be picked up from you, and we will fully incur the additional delivery cost. Kindly note that we do not offer pickup services for now. We reserve the right to deny returns/exchanges based on the failure to do the above.

Local Delivery (Nigeria)

Delivery within Lagos and environs takes 1 to 2 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery outside Lagos takes 3-5 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery during our promos takes on or before 20 working days after payment confirmation due to bulk orders. (unless stated otherwise)

Deliveries can be doorstep or terminal pickup.

Kindly note that we only use registered courier companies for shipping. This is to enable us to track your package/s and also resolve issues in case of damages or missing items in transit. If you insist on using Bus Park, please note that Levaire Beauty will not be held liable for any damage or mishandling of your package/s. 

Kindly note that you will be responsible for negotiating and paying the Bus drivers directly. You will also have to pay the cost of transportation to and from the park.

As a company, we put in serious effort to ensure your package gets to you within the stipulated delivery time. However, in event of unpredictable delays such as riots, protests, and other road uncertainties, deliveries may be delayed. You will be notified in such cases. 

Kindly note that due to fluctuations and rising costs from our shipping partners, the shipping fee listed may change, and additional charges may apply. You will be notified by our customer service representative of such a situation.

Please be informed that once a dispatch company has picked up your order, delivery fees are no longer refundable. If our delivery partners get to your destination to deliver your package proves abortive twice, you will have to pay another shipping fee for your package to be rescheduled for delivery.


Also note that when your package has been returned to the office after a failed delivery attempt by the logistics company, you have to pay another delivery fee for it to be delivered to you.
